Jennifer Nay

Jennifer Nay and her husband Paul are both alumni of San Leandro High School. They have been

homeowners in San Leandro for the past 23 years. The couple has three children who attended Halkin (formerly Woodrow Wilson) Elementary School, John Muir Middle School, and graduated from San Leandro High School.

Starting from Broadmoor Parent Nursery School, Jennifer has been an active participant in her children’s

education. She was heavily involved in elementary and middle school PTAs, serving on their boards and organizing fundraisers. As a member of both SLHS United Parents and School Site Council, Jennifer worked firsthand to ensure not only her children’s success but the success of many others. Her

involvement in the community extends to her children’s other activities, including dance, sports and music.

Jennifer is a credentialed adult educator who previously taught parent education. She brings with her a wealth of experience in early childhood development and a deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges that young children face in their educational journey.
